Unlike tents that use small vinyl logos on standard fabric, the entire canopy is produced with full-colour dye-sublimation printing. Your artwork can extend across the fabric from seam to seam, creating a cleaner and more impressive finished display.

Full-colour branding from every angle

Your custom design can be printed across all four roof peaks and all four valance panels. Use the same artwork on every side for consistent brand recognition, or submit different designs for each side to highlight multiple services, promotions or messages.

The canopy is printed and sewn using weather-resistant polyester fabric, making it suitable for repeated use at indoor and outdoor events.

Heavy-duty aluminum frame

The tent includes a durable 40 mm hex-shaped aluminum frame built to provide greater strength and stability than many entry-level steel tent frames.

Aluminum construction also helps reduce the risk of the frame bending or buckling during normal event use while remaining practical to transport between locations.

Adjustable height and expandable structure

Telescopic legs allow the canopy height to be adjusted based on your event setup. The interior lattice system expands smoothly to open the tent structure and create a full 10×10 display area.

Each leg includes a foot plate that can be secured to the ground using the included stakes and ropes.

Important canopy storage instructions

Remove the printed canopy fabric before retracting and storing the tent frame.

Leaving the canopy attached while closing the frame may pinch, crease or damage the printed fabric. Removing it before storage also helps protect the canopy and extend its usable life.

Cleaning and care

The printed canopy fabric should be cleaned by hand.

Use a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive tools and machine washing, as these may damage the fabric or printed graphics.

Allow the canopy to dry completely before folding and placing it into storage.

Connecting a full wall

A full wall attaches to the tent structure using securing loops that wrap around the canopy frame.

This creates a clean backdrop for your event display while helping keep the wall properly positioned during use.

Carrying bag storage capacity

The graphics and accessories compartment in the carrying bag can hold approximately:

• One printed canopy top, or
• One full wall and two half walls

Carefully fold all fabric graphics before storage to reduce wrinkles and prevent unnecessary wear.

For the best printing results, prepare your artwork using the following specifications.

Accepted file formats

Colour settings

• CMYK colour space
• Convert Pantone and spot colours to CMYK before submitting

Colours displayed on a monitor may differ slightly from the final printed fabric because screens use RGB light while printing uses CMYK inks.

Image resolution

Raster artwork should be prepared at 150 DPI at the final ordered size. This resolution is suitable for large-format canopy printing.

Low-resolution logos or images may appear soft or pixelated when enlarged.

Maximum upload size

The maximum artwork upload size is 300 MB.

Artwork dimensions

Build your artwork to the ordered size. The production system can automatically detect scaled artwork and fit it to the selected product size, but using the provided design template is recommended whenever available.

Do not add crop marks or bleed unless specifically requested in the template instructions.

For the most accurate finished result:

• Convert all live fonts to outlines
• Use high-resolution logos and images
• Convert Pantone and spot colours to CMYK
• Do not change the template artboard dimensions
• Do not move or reposition template guidelines
• Place your design on the layer labelled “Artwork”
• Remove mask or guide layers when instructed by the template

Can I leave the printed canopy attached when closing the frame?

No. We recommend removing the canopy fabric before retracting the frame. Closing the frame with the fabric attached may cause pinching, creasing, or damage.

Can each side use different artwork?

Yes. Different artwork can be printed on each side of the tent. Clearly label and upload the artwork for sides A, B, C and D so each design is placed correctly.

Can the peaks and valances have separate designs?

Yes. The four peaks and four valance panels can be customized based on your preferred layout. You can repeat the same branding or use different messages around the tent.

How should I clean the printed tent fabric?

Hand wash the fabric using a soft brush or cloth, mild soap, and warm water. Do not place the canopy in a washing machine.

How does a full wall attach to the tent?
